This is the first of three apartment builds set to release this month. The goal was to maintain my signature aesthetic while incorporating some warm and bright colors. I think that this apartment is unisex so it can fit Sim couples of all types! It's definitely not suitable for Sims with young children as currently designed. I'd recommend using a family that either has no children or has a teenager. Even if your Sim is already settled into another home, this would be a great "Air BnB" kind of loft for the role players and story tellers.
