Can't stop ---- won't stop! Here is a desert modern minimalist build. It's intended for a single Sim (any gender) or a couple. This was built in the beautifully underrated Oasis Springs but can also serve as a getaway home in Salvadora.
40x30 lot
1 massive master suite (including en suite bathroom + walk-in closet)
2 half bathrooms (one on each floor so that your Sims don't pee themselves)
2 separate living room spaces
Natural waterfall in pool
Plenty of panoramic/scenic backyard views
Outdoor dining
Packs Used: Get Together, City Living, Jungle Adventure (needed for backyard waterfall) and Spa Day

Hello, although it says that it is free, I get redirected to Patreon whenever I click to download the file it does not work. I have been experiencing similar issue downloading any of the free build files
