I built this in honor of a dear Sim friend of mine who's always been kind to me and never forgets to check in on the person behind "the creator." It's truly a dream suburban home and one of the few builds I go back into just to look at.
A fully built, but unfurnished home has been requested quite a bit so here you go: check the rest of the post for specs and floorplan (plus some interior shots of the kitchen and some rooms)! This is ideal for people who love to decorate but don't know how or like to build. Also good for role players who want a little individuality to their Sims' homes as opposed to "sharing" one of my builds with someone else in the Simblr world.
